1. Service Overview

Homerun Reviews provides a subscription-based service designed to help businesses improve and manage customer reviews and their online presence.

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, including increased reviews, improved rankings, increased leads, increased revenue, or any other performance result.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for eligible new customers.

No charges are made during the 14-day trial period.

To start the trial, you must provide valid payment details through our payment processor, Stripe.

The trial begins on the date you sign up.

You must cancel before the end of the 14-day trial period to avoid being charged.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid monthly subscription.

3. Subscription and Automatic Billing

After the trial period ends, your subscription will begin automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires.

By providing your payment information and starting a trial, you authorize Homerun Reviews and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method for the applicable monthly subscription fee once the trial ends.

Billing occurs on a recurring monthly basis unless and until you cancel.

You are responsible for keeping your billing and payment information accurate, current, and valid.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel before the end of the 14-day free trial, you will not be charged.

If you cancel after a billing cycle has started, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless we state otherwise in writing.

No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be issued for unused time after a billing cycle has started.

5. Refunds

Once a billing cycle has started, all payments are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for partial months, unused time, change of mind, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction based on business outcomes not being achieved.

In exceptional cases, we may choose to issue a refund at our sole discretion, but we are under no obligation to do so.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card details.

Your use of Stripe may also be subject to Stripe’s own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates any law, regulation, or third-party rights.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for ensuring that your use of the service is appropriate for your business needs.

8. No Guarantees

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no guarantees or warranties regarding service availability, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, performance improvements, customer response rates, search rankings, reputation outcomes, or any specific business results.

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your business, your customers, your market, and how the service is used.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homerun Reviews will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the one month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment method fails
• We reasonably suspect misuse of the service
• We discontinue or materially change the service

Termination or suspension does not remove your obligation to pay any fees already incurred.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
